Summary
An Intern will participate in various aspects of a multifaceted sales acceleration company focused on delivering better outcomes for many of the world’s most iconic brands. The 8-to-10-week paid internship program provides talented, diverse students with hands-on, career experience in one of the following business areas: Information Technology, Client Services, Business Development, Learning & Development, Multimedia, or Marketing.
Essential Job Functions:
Gain understanding the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and other aspects of services provided
Propose ideas and solutions to grow and improve efficiencies in the assigned area of business
Accept designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present a final project during the internship
Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales support
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, meet deadlines and goals
Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow-up
Capable of working in a team-oriented in office environment that is fair, open and honest
Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong partnerships with all internal customers, both locally and in our corporate locations (in-office and virtually)
Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and personal credibility
Job Requirements:
Must be enrolled in a 2 or 4-year post-secondary accredited institution
Career interest must be relevant to the assigned department
Requires proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Requires four (4) in-office workdays per week with the option to work remote on the 5th day
